Please find below the answers to our most frequently asked questions.  If you’ve got a question that we haven’t covered, feel free to drop us an email and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

We need 48 hours notice for all orders.  However, if you’re after a last minute treat, check our social media where we sometimes have spare cookies up for grabs!

At the moment we are only offering collection and on very limited days – keep an eye on our socials for date releases!

If you’re desperate for a Fat Cookie Co fix our cookies are available on certain days from:

  • The Station, Coychurch
  • The Hyde Out, Kenfig Nature Reserve
  • Base Camp, K2 Gym

In our house…not very long!  All of our cookies are baked fresh to order.  They are at their very best on the day of delivery/collection, however they will still be delicious for up to one week when stored in a cool, dry place in an airtight container.

Sure! Pop them in the freezer as soon as possible. When ready to eat, pop them in the oven on 170 celsius fan for 5 – 10 minutes.

Unfortunately we are not able to offer any gluten free cookies at this time.

All our cookies are made in a kitchen where nuts are present.  Cookies without nuts in the list do not contain nuts and whilst every effort is made to separate production, only the nut allergy sufferer themselves can decide how important it is for them.   We take every care, but we cannot guarantee nut free cookies have not come into contact with nut residue and they will have been baked in the same ovens as cookies with nuts.

Our cookies contain dairy and egg products. None of our cookies contain meat or fish products.
